Miles Hoeser

Co-founder and CTO

At MedRx Logistics, work doesn’t feel like work—it’s something I genuinely look forward to. I lead our development team, manage operations, and dive into automation projects. With a background in software engineering, I love solving problems in creative, impactful ways.

What drives me most is the mission. We’re not just delivering packages—we’re delivering medication that can save lives. That purpose gives everything we do real meaning.

Helping others has always been part of who I am, instilled in me early on through Scouting. I’m grateful to live that value every day alongside a compassionate, dedicated team.

Born and raised in the East Bay, I feel deeply connected to this community. MedRx Logistics lets me serve it in a way that feels purposeful and fulfilling.

Drew Herrington

Co-founder and CEO

I’ve been building companies since the 1990s, always looking for opportunities in underserved or disorganized markets. I love finding ways to bring structure, efficiency, and real value, often through the lens of Six Sigma and process improvement. For me, entrepreneurship isn’t just about business—it’s about building strong teams, delivering results, and creating something meaningful.

What drives me most is the opportunity to give back. I’ve always believed that success should serve a bigger purpose. That’s why I founded Team Fleur de Que, a team of 80+ passionate people raising funds for families facing pediatric cancer through Hogs for the Cause. Since 2011, we’ve raised over $4.5 million—and counting.

Whether it’s at work, with my team, or in the community, I believe in showing up with purpose, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Beyond the Office

If I had a superpower, it would be: I would like the ability to wipeout all childhood diseases. Especially cancer.

Favorite place to get lost in the Gulf South: Any coastal community between New Iberia, LA and the Floria/Bama Line, where the fishing, duck hunting, and live music is hot, and the people are passionate.

Secret Side Hustle: Cooking. Either slow smoke BBQ or traditional South Louisiana cuisine. I would dig running a roadside pop up.

Dream House must haves: A mountain view with wilderness and water access with a boat house and plenty of room for family and friends.

What would I bring to the crawfish boil: Live music!

Spirit animal: A trusty, hardworking Labrador Retriever.

Most memorable vacation: Tortola with close friends or when the family took a road trip to Washington D C and stopped along the way to visit friends at a lake house. The kids had a blast.

Who would I invite for Beignets? I should say someone like Ghandi or Winston Churchill, but I think it would most likely be Jim Morrison or Stevie Ray Vaughan.

General Manager

At MedRx, I focus on operations—but what really drives me is the impact we have on patients and their families. I love knowing that we’re helping people gain peace of mind when it comes to receiving their medications safely and on time.

Many of the patients we serve are already facing major challenges—physically, mentally, and financially. If we can take even a small bit of that weight off their shoulders by making the delivery process smooth and dependable, then we’re doing something truly meaningful. That’s what makes this work worth it.

Beyond the Office

If I had a superpower, it would be: Teleportation

Favorite place to get lost in the Gulf South: 30A

Dream house must-have: Guinness Tap

What I’d bring to a crawfish boil: Pickles

Who I’d invite for beignets and coffee (anyone from history): Buddha

Jordan Soudelier

Operations Manager

At MedRx Logistics, I’m deeply involved in operations, driver management, and policy implementation. I’ve been with the company for about two years, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every moment.

I’ve always been a hard worker, and my background has taught me the value of staying calm under pressure. That skill comes in handy here—this work can be fast-paced and unpredictable, but staying focused and level-headed is key to delivering on our mission.

No matter the weather or the challenge, we’re making sure life-saving medication reaches the people who need it. That sense of purpose, paired with the dynamic nature of the job, is what makes my role so rewarding.

Beyond the Office

If I had a superpower, it would be: I’d like to be able to materialize anything I need when needed, nothing too crazy!

Favorite place to get lost in the Gulf South:  My favorite place to get lost would be on this nature trail down in Houma, LA where I’m from.

Secret side hustle or hidden talent:-Semi-professional, state champion bowler! Have been involved in the sport my whole life along with many other family members.

Dream house must-have: A pair of bowling lanes at home would be so sweet.

What I’d bring to a crawfish boil: Ironically, I’ve got a shellfish allergy, so I would definitely bring some sausage and potatoes.

My spirit animal:-Probably a cat being that I was raised by a crazy-cat lady mother with a household of over a dozen of them at any given point in my life.

Most memorable vacation (so far): When I traveled to Maui, HI in my teens. Definitely felt like another world and I’ve yet to visit another place that impacted me as much!

Who I’d invite for beignets and coffee (anyone from history): Nikola Tesla
